This role owns the NAVSEA Fusion Jira and Confluence environment used by the U.S. Navy's Southwest Regional Maintenance Center to manage ship repairs, contracts, and funding.… The Systems Analyst III will administer Jira/Confluence, develop ScriptRunner (Groovy) scripts, design bidirectional integrations with Navy maintenance databases (NMD, SMDII), build Power BI dashboards, refine workflows aligned to the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, and deliver user training and technical documentation. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Jira/Confluence administration, ScriptRunner/Groovy expertise, REST API integration experience, SQL proficiency, and the ability to work on-site at Naval Base San Diego during Government hours.
