The role requires troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring and deploying systems, working with internal scripts and APIs, and reading/contributing to a complex codebase across multiple services. The successful candidate will combine client-facing communication with hands-on debugging and eventual feature development, growing into an in-house platform expert. Required experience includes 2–4 years in technical support, software development, or systems engineering, with a modern web stack (React, C# .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Docker, Git).
