Analyze and resolve complex embedded software and control system problems with minimal oversight, formulate detailed implementation plans for control system software, conduct functional testing using lab equipment, and provide technical direction to experienced staff. Requires 10–15+ years of progressive embedded systems engineering experience (depending on degree level) and the ability to manage project timelines, communicate technical findings to leadership and customers, and apply innovative problem-solving to advanced engineering challenges.
