Success requires 7+ years in automation engineering or software development, strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and TypeScript, hands-on experience with agentic runtimes (n8n, LangGraph, Agno), and deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise security, and process optimization.
