This Senior AI Software Program Manager role owns end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI-based product programs—managing schedules, scope, budget, and resources while translating organizational strategy into product roadmaps. The individual coordinates across product management, technology teams, systems, and software leads to ensure timely, quality delivery; manages risk mitigation and stakeholder reporting; and drives process improvements and compliance across interdepartmental efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, plus four years of related program or project management experience.

Lead and oversee cross-functional teams delivering large-scale data center power distribution and utility engineering projects across the full lifecycle—from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning. Manage multiple concurrent projects involving distribution lines, grid infrastructure upgrades, and electrical substations, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, cost control, resource allocation, and compliance with utility standards (NERC, IEEE, NEC) and safety protocols. Transform technical requirements into delivery plans, sprint backlogs, and release milestones while coordinating work across data engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, and vendors. Manage project controls, scheduling, defect tracking, and comprehensive documentation across integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud analytics, and Power Platform solutions. Facilitate design reviews, support operational readiness, and ensure technical solutions meet engineering rigor and real-world operational needs.

Lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise discovery informatics platforms for pharmaceutical research, translating scientific needs into scalable technology capabilities and product roadmaps. Partner with business stakeholders to analyze chemistry and computational science workflows, define IT requirements, and modernize lead discovery and optimization processes across multi-site teams. Manage portfolio strategy, identify technology gaps, drive data-driven and AI-augmented discovery workflows, and ensure measurable business impact through effective project execution and risk management.

The Implementation Manager leads customer implementations of the Moveworks Agentic AI platform, overseeing on-time, on-budget delivery and ensuring projects follow leading practice methodology. Responsibilities include managing engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, and resourcing; helping customers build and launch agentic workflows; and providing change management guidance for adoption and organizational readiness. The role requires collaborating with customer teams, partners, and internal stakeholders (Sales, services) to understand customer goals, identify gaps between plan and actuals, and serve as the primary point of contact for project success. Success demands mentoring team members and partners, tracking progress, and managing deviations through appropriate mitigation strategies.

Lead compliance testing and product certification for a portfolio of medical devices, including developing test strategies, managing external laboratories and certification bodies, and ensuring products meet safety, EMC, wireless, and regulatory requirements. Oversee compliance documentation, support design reviews and risk management, and monitor evolving regulatory standards. Manage a team of compliance engineers, departmental budgets, and drive process improvements in testing efficiency. Requires 5–8+ years of medical device compliance/certification experience and a technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering).

The ICT Project Manager will coordinate installations and modernization activities for Combat Systems on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers and amphibious ships, including planning, budgeting, and execution of New Construction and Selected Restricted Availability projects. The role requires conducting engineering studies, test and evaluation events, preparing formal reports and test documentation (such as OCSOT), and developing tests in coordination with Ship's Force, CNAF, and ISEA personnel. The ideal candidate must have extensive technical knowledge of Aircraft Carrier and Amphibious Ship Integrated Combat Systems, specifically the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), and five years of prior systems engineering and combat systems integration experience in a U.S. Navy environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex projects, attending design reviews, analyzing maintenance and repair of the Integrated Combat System (ICS), and supporting bid and proposal activities.
