Manage multiple small-to-medium projects end-to-end, owning scope, planning, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing process flows, and recommending technology solutions. Build business cases, monitor KPIs and project performance metrics, and support requirements management, documentation, and status reporting. Preferred experience includes Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Smartsheet, PMP certification, and Lean Six Sigma.

As a client-facing data analyst, you'll work with Department of the Navy clients to understand their data needs, transform complex structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, and advise on how findings impact DoD acquisition programs and IT modernization. You'll use tools like Tableau, Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation; Databricks or Spark for data engineering; and Power Apps/Power Automate for automation. You must hold or be able to obtain a Secret clearance and have 4+ years of DoD client experience.

The Mid-Level Power Platform Developer will design, build, and enhance enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Responsibilities include developing automated workflows, optimizing data models, integrating with external systems via custom connectors and REST APIs, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise governance and security standards. The role requires 2–5 years of Power Platform experience, proficiency in app development and cloud flows, strong Dataverse knowledge, and familiarity with solution packaging and ALM concepts.
