Manage multiple small-to-medium projects end-to-end, owning scope, planning, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing process flows, and recommending technology solutions. Build business cases, monitor KPIs and project performance metrics, and support requirements management, documentation, and status reporting. Preferred experience includes Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Smartsheet, PMP certification, and Lean Six Sigma.

Lead and oversee cross-functional teams delivering large-scale data center power distribution and utility engineering projects across the full lifecycle—from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning. Manage multiple concurrent projects involving distribution lines, grid infrastructure upgrades, and electrical substations, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, cost control, resource allocation, and compliance with utility standards (NERC, IEEE, NEC) and safety protocols. Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans; perform margin analysis and risk assessments; and coordinate contract negotiations and stakeholder meetings with utilities, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.

Staff Program Manager will develop, define, and execute plans of record for multiple medium-sized automotive software programs, managing schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks from initiation through delivery. The role requires independent work with senior stakeholders, establishing program metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving cross-functional alignment across internal and external teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science plus 5+ years of program management experience; PMP certification and 10+ years experience are preferred.

Lead day-to-day technical project delivery for Distribution Operations initiatives including outage management, solar/battery data integrations, forecasting, automation, and analytics. Transform technical requirements into delivery plans, sprint backlogs, and release milestones while coordinating work across data engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, and vendors. Manage project controls, scheduling, defect tracking, and comprehensive documentation across integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud analytics, and Power Platform solutions. Facilitate design reviews, support operational readiness, and ensure technical solutions meet engineering rigor and real-world operational needs.
