As a Performance Analyst on the Performance and Risk Adjustment team, you will conduct chart reviews to code for diagnoses and quality, generate reports for workflow and performance monitoring, and participate in improvement initiatives with Provider Relations and health plans. You'll audit and interface with coding vendors, manage software systems testing, track compliance audit data, and stay current on IHA/NCQA/CMS requirements. The role requires familiarity with healthcare coding standards, data tracking systems, and quality assurance processes.

As a Mission Software Engineer, you will own software solutions deployed to autonomous systems customers, developing capabilities across networking, autonomy, systems integration, and robotics. You'll troubleshoot live deployments, create performance metrics for debugging, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and end-users to translate operational needs into mission-ready features. The role requires 3+ years of C++, Python, or Rust experience in Linux environments, with a strong engineering background and ability to navigate complex codebases quickly. You must be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance and based in or willing to relocate to San Diego.
