The Senior Systems Engineer will design, develop, and support communications and encryption devices, providing technical expertise in cryptographic technologies and deployment strategies. Responsibilities include advising on cryptographic equipment deployment, analyzing emerging threats, conducting technical analysis of cryptographic products for acquisition decisions, liaising with vendors on device lifecycle, and supporting leadership with briefings and fielding decisions. The role requires 5–15 years of cybersecurity, systems engineering, or network security experience, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
