Network Engineer II designs, maintains, and troubleshoots ICW Group's multi-vendor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, SAN fabric switches, server load balancers, and VoIP systems. Provides 3rd tier technical support, works with security and project teams to mitigate network risks, and ensures compliance with ITIL and regulatory standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, minimum 5 years of networking experience, CCNA or JNCIA certification (CCNP or JNCIS preferred), and hands-on expertise with Juniper networking devices, VMware virtualization, routing protocols, and firewall administration.
