Senior Systems Engineer responsible for conducting systems and system-of-systems architecture design, integration, testing, and certification across complex defense technical environments. Duties include technical requirements definition, data analysis from multiple sources, test plan and technical documentation development, and troubleshooting across multiple operating systems and virtualized environments. Requires minimum 10 years of systems engineering or technical integration experience, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Manage multiple small-to-medium projects end-to-end, owning scope, planning, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, developing process flows, and recommending technology solutions. Build business cases, monitor KPIs and project performance metrics, and support requirements management, documentation, and status reporting. Preferred experience includes Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Smartsheet, PMP certification, and Lean Six Sigma.
