Senior SysAdmin to administer and optimize Shield AI's Atlassian Cloud ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence). Responsibilities include designing workflows and automation rules, developing REST API integrations and webhooks, managing enterprise system integrations (DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, identity providers), administering Atlassian Access, and building advanced dashboards and JQL queries.
