Apply operational research techniques—linear programming, integer programming, stochastic processes, and queuing theory—to solve complex dispatch problems. Develop and integrate optimization algorithms, using simulation models to validate effectiveness. Requires a strong foundation in algorithm development, machine learning, and data analysis, with proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
