Senior Network Engineer supporting the US Navy to design, architect, and maintain production-ready network configurations for the Global Network. Responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, establishing KPI measurement methodology, performance tuning, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. Requires hands-on expertise in Cisco routing and switching, advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, DMVPN, MPLS/VPLS), QoS implementation, and packet analysis tools. Will report directly to government stakeholders, present at technical meetings, and support lab operations as a CMS Level 2 user.
