The Technical Program Manager will lead planning and execution of multi-service DoD technical experimentation, demonstrations, and integration events across geographically distributed teams. The role requires coordinating complex technical dependencies, managing schedules and milestones, ensuring readiness of systems and infrastructure, and serving as the central communication hub between engineering teams, military partners (Air Force, Army, Navy, USMC), operators, and leadership. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of DoD experimentation or integration program experience, deep knowledge of joint C2 and fires systems (JFN, CJADC2), and expertise in managing cross-service technical coordination. Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus PMP or DAWIA Level II/III certification required.
