Lead a mobile engineering team building Flutter and native iOS/Android applications for an Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) medical device ecosystem. Manage developers proficient in Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C while collaborating with systems architects, quality teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust, secure mobile apps in a regulated healthcare environment. Provide technical direction, conduct design reviews, coach team members on software development principles, and drive product quality through agile/scrum practices.
The ICT Project Manager will coordinate installations and modernization activities for Combat Systems on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers and amphibious ships, including planning, budgeting, and execution of New Construction and Selected Restricted Availability projects. The role requires conducting engineering studies, test and evaluation events, preparing formal reports and test documentation (such as OCSOT), and developing tests in coordination with Ship's Force, CNAF, and ISEA personnel. The ideal candidate must have extensive technical knowledge of Aircraft Carrier and Amphibious Ship Integrated Combat Systems, specifically the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), and five years of prior systems engineering and combat systems integration experience in a U.S. Navy environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex projects, attending design reviews, analyzing maintenance and repair of the Integrated Combat System (ICS), and supporting bid and proposal activities.
