The Business Systems Analyst II will analyze business processes and enterprise systems (Student, Finance, HR) for the Division of Student Affairs, gathering requirements and recommending technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. The role involves data management and governance—collecting, analyzing, and documenting data while ensuring compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and CSU/SDSU policies. Responsibilities include functional support for my.SDSU and other enterprise systems, developing reports and dashboards, and identifying system performance improvements. The analyst will also develop training programs and user guides, provide end-user support, and collaborate with stakeholders across campus to translate business needs into technology solutions.
