Development Engineer II will read and interpret engineering prints, generate customer quotes, and document process parameters for precision manufacturing projects (Lightspeed). The role requires writing basic programs for computer-controlled metrology equipment, performing test method validations (TMV/GRR), and leading sections of the production transition process. Candidates must have a BS in engineering or equivalent, strong GD&T competency, experience with 2D/3D CAD software, and hands-on proficiency with measurement systems and statistical validation methods (DOE, Process Capability, OQ/PQ). The position involves mentoring junior engineers and communicating technical content internally and to external customers.
