As a Performance Analyst on the Performance and Risk Adjustment team, you will conduct chart reviews to code for diagnoses and quality, generate reports on workflow, production, and performance metrics, and participate in improvement initiatives with Provider Relations and health plans. You'll audit charts for HCC diagnoses and quality codes, interface with coding vendors, monitor compliance with IHA/NCQA/CMS requirements, and serve as a user expert for department software systems. The role requires familiarity with healthcare coding standards, quality monitoring processes, and the ability to track audit data and recommend training opportunities to improve provider network performance.
