Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++. Define best practices for Windows development, drive accessibility efforts across Microsoft UI Automation frameworks, and take full ownership of feature lifecycles from conception through maintenance. Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA to shape the Windows platform roadmap. Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and compatibility issues while mentoring other engineers and conducting code reviews.

You will develop high-quality Android applications and shared mobile components using Kotlin and modern Android development practices like Jetpack and Compose. Working closely with UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams, you'll design and evolve reusable UI components and shared Android frameworks that drive consistency and accessibility across digital health applications. You'll advocate for quality through unit testing, automated testing, and code reviews while collaborating with iOS engineers and leveraging AI-assisted development tools. This role requires 3+ years of professional software development experience including Android development, with a Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.

Software Engineer I will research, design, and implement containerized web applications and services for the Department of Defense, with a focus on automating and orchestrating mission-critical systems for the U.S. Navy. Day-to-day work includes developing in Java, Groovy, Kotlin, or front-end frameworks; conducting manual and exploratory testing; maintaining test plans and traceability; and supporting CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration. The role requires a minimum of two years in software development, familiarity with Java or similar OOP languages, comfort in Linux environments, and experience with build tools like Gradle or Maven.
