HII Mission Technologies seeks a mid-level Software Engineer to develop and integrate software for unmanned underwater vehicles, distributed maritime communications, and tactical situational awareness systems. You will design, develop, and test C# applications, build plug-ins for WinTAK, ATAK, and TAK Server, and support MK18 family systems including Hydroid VIP, Neptune, and Coin Nexus. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on lab and fleet testing, troubleshoot performance in distributed environments, and contribute to integration testing, validation, verification, and program documentation. The role requires a Secret security clearance and offers a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days onsite per week.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# for unmanned maritime systems, including building and integrating plugins for WinTAK, ATAK, and TAK Server environments. Support software development for MK18 family systems and work with cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize software performance in distributed and tactical environments, participate in code reviews, and support integration testing, validation, and verification activities. Participate in Government and Fleet test events to demonstrate and validate capabilities.
