This Systems Engineer role oversees vehicle production operations for naval unmanned systems at NIWC, managing Master Production Schedules, vehicle configuration, quality assurance, and configuration management. The engineer will coordinate with industry partners on testing, procurement, and acceptance procedures; manage lab space, test equipment, and materials inventory; and serve as liaison between Engineering/R&D and Production teams. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a TOP SECRET clearance (with active SECRET required), and hands-on involvement in production environments including at-sea testing.
