The role includes identifying and building production AI workflows using LLMs (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) for tasks like client feedback categorization and document parsing. You'll design end-to-end automated processes for client onboarding, reporting, and HR workflows while driving adoption through documentation, SOPs, and end-user support. This requires 5+ years of business process improvement or systems integration experience, strong Google Apps Script (JavaScript) proficiency, hands-on knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks, and ability to translate business problems into scoped solutions without over-engineering.
