You'll own process discovery and redesign, architect custom integrations using Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Make.com, and identify opportunities to deploy LLMs (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) for analysis, categorization, and document parsing. You will also drive adoption through documentation, SOPs, and end-user support while managing shared infrastructure governance with IT. The role requires 5+ years in business process improvement or systems integration, strong Google Apps Script and no-code platform skills, and hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and AI tools.
