Design and optimize video analysis and quality assessment algorithms for next-generation video codec hardware accelerators (FPGA/ASIC). Implement C-models and firmware for advanced video encoding, collaborating across algorithm, architecture, software, and hardware teams. Apply machine learning techniques including deep learning frameworks and transformer architectures for ROI detection, content understanding, and feature extraction. Integrate algorithms into production VOD/live streaming workflows and validate impact through A/B testing and objective quality metrics (VMAF, PSNR, SSIM).

Lead end-to-end product management for advisor-facing AI experiences within LPL Financial's AI Business Solutions team. Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle from opportunity framing through commercialization and scaled adoption. Define advisor chat and agentic AI capabilities, evaluate third-party AI vendors, and ensure measurable business impact aligned to enterprise OKRs. Senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end demand forecasting across Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group portfolio. Build and maintain predictive models incorporating time-series analysis, regression, causal inference, and ML techniques to translate business signals into accurate, decision-ready demand forecasts at multiple granularities. Conduct A/B/n experiments to validate modeling choices, quantify forecast risk through scenario analysis, and act as trusted partner between technical teams and business stakeholders (Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Finance, Marketing, Product) to ensure forecasts drive downstream capacity and expense planning. Continuously advance forecasting methodology, evaluate where AI/ML meaningfully improves accuracy, and support real-time in-season re-forecasting and analytics.

Lead the design and development of Mailchimp.com's front-end platform, architecting performant, scalable web experiences that drive prospect conversion and business growth. Mentor a team of engineers, mentor technical staff, and serve as the technical subject matter expert for the DotCom team's hosted authoring environment, administrative UIs, and runtime application UI generation. Design and implement secure, reliable services using modern web technologies (JavaScript/React, Python, microservices, GraphQL) while collaborating with product, design, and architecture teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Lead functional requirements gathering, technical specifications, and solve complex programming and design problems across the full software development lifecycle.

Lead the entire engineering team at a VC-backed AI trading firm, combining hands-on ML research and model development with technical leadership.
